Your Visit, Step by Step

  1. Step 1 — Check-In

    About 5 minutes

    Arrive at the 4th floor and give your name at the front desk. Please bring your passport — identity verification is required for foreign patients in Korea.

    You will fill out a medical questionnaire. The questionnaire is available in your language, so you will not be asked to sign anything you cannot read.

  2. Step 2 — Cleansing

    About 5 minutes

    You will be shown to a cleansing area to remove makeup and sunscreen. Accurate skin analysis requires a clean face, so this step comes before measurement.

  3. Step 3 — AI Skin Analysis

    About 10 minutes

    Your skin is measured using an AI diagnostic device. This produces objective data on your skin condition rather than a visual estimate.

  4. Step 4 — Consultation

    About 20 minutes

    A treatment coordinator reviews your AI analysis results with you and explains which treatments are suitable, what each one does, and what it costs.

  5. Step 5 — Payment

    An itemized medical statement can be issued in English on request. This document lists each treatment, its code, and the amount charged — useful if you need documentation for records or reimbursement in your home country.

  6. Step 6 — Treatment
