Booking Policy

[Required reading] If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, or cancel on the day of your appointment without prior notice, rebooking at Celita Clinic may be restricted for the following 12 months.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling: Please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Changes made within this window are accommodated without penalty.
  • Same-day appointments: Available, subject to availability.
  • Advance consultation: Optional, not required.
  • Consultation fee: The 1:1 consultation is free of charge.
  • Minimum stay: None. No procedure requires you to stay in Korea for a minimum number of days.

Appointment slots are held exclusively for you, and each no-show prevents another patient from being treated. We ask all patients to give notice as early as possible if plans change.

Language Support
