FAQ

When during my trip is the best time for treatment?

If you are worried about bruising or swelling, we recommend scheduling stem cell, filler, thread lifting, CellDerm, Skin Botox, etc. on the last day of your trip.

“Onda Lifting” or body treatments (Body Shurink, Body Onda, jaw filler) that show little downtime can be done on the first day of your trip.

Can minors receive treatment?

For patients under 19, treatment requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. Please visit with a guardian or bring a signed consent form.

Filler and thread lifting are not available for minors; lifting treatments such as Onda Lifting or Shurink Universe may be possible.

What home care routine do you recommend?

Even the best lifting or skin booster will not last if daily habits break down. Celita Clinic recommends a “three-layer defense” home care routine.

  1. Minimize irritation: When cleansing, treat your face as gently as baby skin.
  2. Moisture barrier: After treatment, skin may feel drier temporarily. Apply moisturizer or regenerative cream about three times thicker than usual. You can spread it in three layers; finishing with petroleum jelly can seal it in.
  3. Sun protection: UV is a major driver of aging. Wear sunscreen even on days you stay indoors.

* Right after treatment, prefer mild regenerative or moisturizing lines over active ingredients (whitening, retinol, etc.).

Is it true that a “peanut-shaped face” is like an unscratched lottery ticket?

Yes. With a little strategic volume, it is one of the face shapes that can change most dramatically.

A “peanut-shaped face” means prominent cheekbones with hollow temples and lateral cheeks, making the contour look uneven. Without bone surgery, softening hollows (temples, cheeks) with filler can make cheekbones look smaller and the overall impression much softer.

Celita Clinic’s “peanut-shaped face package” fills only what is needed for a smooth, egg-shaped contour.

When should I schedule treatment before a wedding shoot or ceremony?

Recommended window: 1–2 months before the wedding day

Allow enough recovery time so you can shine on your wedding day.

  • 3 months before: Contour tightening (Ulthera, Shurink, Onda), trapezius Botox, etc.
  • 1 month before: Golden time for skin boosters (Rejuran, CellDerm) and Skin Botox for glow.
  • 1 week before: Avoid treatments with bruising/swelling risk; focus on soothing/hydration such as LDM.
  • Even on short notice, our [bride-to-be package] can suggest low-downtime glow options.
Why should I care about neck wrinkles?

Neck lines are often called a woman’s “age ring.”

Neck skin is thin with few sebaceous glands, so it ages faster than the face. Once deep horizontal lines form from phone posture, they rarely fade on their own.

Even if your face looks firm, neck lines can add years. Horizontal lines may be filled with filler and skin boosters; vertical laxity may need tightening such as Shurink Universe.

How long does thread lifting last?

It varies by thread type and skin thickness, but on average about 6 months to 1 year.

Thread lifting physically lifts sagging tissue. Threads dissolve over time while stimulating collagen around them for a secondary tightening effect.

To prolong results, combine periodic laser lifting such as Onda Lifting or Shurink after thread lifting.

1. Storage and injection

  • Refrigeration: Store at 2–8°C; do not freeze. (Taking the pen out ~30 minutes before injection may reduce discomfort.)
  • Once weekly: Inject on the same weekday and similar time each week.

  • Eating tips: Heavy or greasy meals can worsen nausea. Eat slowly, chew well, and stop when you feel full.

3. Dose changes

  • Do not increase on your own: Never raise the dose or shorten intervals without medical guidance—risk of acute pancreatitis, severe hypoglycemia, etc. Titrate only with your clinician.
  • Missed dose: If within 4 days (96 hours) of the scheduled day, inject as soon as possible. If more than 4 days have passed, skip and take the next scheduled dose (do not double dose).

4. Stop and seek care immediately if

  • Severe persistent abdominal pain (possible pancreatitis) or a neck lump (thyroid-related)—stop and contact the clinic.
  • If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or become pregnant, stop treatment and notify your clinician.
